Karla Hackman Design’s Shipping Policy
Shipment Turnaround TimeMost orders are shipped within 1-3 business days for orders received Monday thru Friday. Orders made on weekends will ship the following Monday. Custom Order shipment times will vary and delivery times will be worked out with the individual customer.
Shipping Destination
We ship to the shipping address on the ship to transaction detail. Please be sure the address is accurate and up to date with the correct shipping information. This ensures your product is delivered in a timely fashion and to the correct address. Packages returned with incorrect shipping address will be resent at the cost of the customer. Customer will be billed via PayPal for the additional shipping fees.
USA Domestic Shipping
Products are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and price varies based on number of items purchased. Please contact us for pricing details.
Expedited Shipping
Options are available for Expedited shipments. Please contact us via Shopify convo to get a direct quote for shipping options and pricing. Your order will be modified to reflect the difference in shipping before you make your purchase.
Proof of Shipment
Karla Hackman Designs is NOT liable for orders undelivered by your postal carrier where we provide proof of shipment via the tracking number provided by USPS.
Packaging
If this is a gift being sent to a recipient, please note in your order as we will include a gift card with your name at no additional cost, so the recipient knows who sent them their beautiful piece of jewelry.
